Window Roller

   So this plastic roller wheel assembly broke on a C3 Corvette, which is why the windows wouldn't go up all the way. It's a common issue, and to fix it, you have to take the entire window regulator mechanism out, install the new part, and reinstall it inside the door, which is very difficult since it's spring-loaded and barely has enough access.

 

   So, to solve this, I created a roller wheel bushing that can be popped onto the assembly with minor assembly on the rear window rail while keeping everything else bolted and secured. After lots of testing, it works better than the OEM one since I reduced the amount of slack in the old design while increasing adjustability.
