3D Printing Methodology

   I have spent over a year figuring out how to print high-temperature plastics without warping, delamination, shrinking, and curling up.

 

   Below are some close-up photos of a test piece with many deformities. Via my extensive testing, I can tell you why each of the deformities occurs and how to mitigate or eliminate it.
